The Postgraduate in Cooperative Cultural Entrepreneurship is a training course of one year of duration for emerging arts professionals that want to situate themselves and their cultural practice in the solidarity economy, entrepreneurship and cooperativism.

The Postgraduate is cooperatively run by Travelling U and Art.coop and accredited by Mondragon University combining experiential and project-based learning.

Cooperative Learning Methodology
Experimental project-based learning
The learning pedagogy is designed according Mondragon University and Travelling U values and experience, to guide artists and cultural agents engaged with social causes to actively participate in the art world and cultural organizations through cooperative entrepreneurship. The building blocks of the educational methodology are team-based learning, cross-cultural contexts, and real time and space for dialogue.

(Online + New York Stay)Reflection on where do the participants come from and where do they want to go individually and collectively; questioning the concept of “development”; getting familiar to the notions of cooperative values and solidarity economy values; theories around team practices; and learning journey to New York City. - RESEARCH
(Online)Research of different cooperative business model ideas; and case studies of cooperatives in the art field and demystify artists as starving artists or sell outs. - CREATION
(Online + Bogotá Stay)Prototyping the cooperative business models in real contexts; and learning Journey to Bogotá to learn from the local context of cooperatives in the art field. - COOP MANAGEMENT
(Online)Cooperative management; integrating cooperative leadership and leading thoughts; team-entrepreneurship; agile methodologies; and team-based working dynamics. - PRESENTATION
(Online + Bilbao Stay)Branding and communication strategies; pitching strategies; Learning Journey to the Basque Country in order to understand the local cooperative movement; and presentation of the masters final project.
